Rules

Cut-off Date will be the first business day of the month at 3 pm when I will empty the dropbox of entries.

Filename should be YEAR-MONTH-Nameofperson-picturenumber (e.g. 2014-12-DoeJohn-01.tif, 2014-12-DoeJohn-02.png).

Everyone will be responsible to put their own entries in the dropbox. The dropbox link is posted below.

At this time, we will not limit how many entries you may submit in a month, but an entry will be judged only once.

You may submit entries solo and/or as a team effort. If a team effort wins, the prize will be awarded to whoever submitted the picture. They, in turn are responsible to share the prize money or not, according to whatever agreement they have made with their team members.

Please make sure your name is on the photo or that all team members are listed. Also provide a description of what is shown in the image.

You may only win once a month with a solo entry, however, if you are submitting as a member of a team, you may win any number of times.

If there are so many entries from one person or a team of people that it is prohibitive to look at all of them in a single sitting, Scott reserves the right to pick a random sample for judging. (So, be objective with your entries and pick what is truly representative of your best work!!)

Also, feel free to change, add to or subtract from your submissions at anytime during the month. Once submitted it is not set in stone until I empty the drop box.

Winners will be announced and the pictures shown during the 2nd Lab meeting of the month.
