All rights, title and copyrights in the "HySP: HyperSpectral Phasors" belong to the University of Southern California and Dr. Francesco Cutrale. This software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat this software like any other copyrighted material.

This software is provided for research purposes only. It cannot be transferred to another person or computer without notification to the copyright owner. It cannot be used for any commercial purpose or transferred to anybody for a commercial product, use or sale. It cannot be embedded in any other software for any purpose, research or commercial.

Publications and conference proceedings that use the software shall reference it as “Hyper-spectral phasor analysis enables multiplexed 5D in vivo imaging, Cutrale, Trivedi et al, Nature Methods 2017” and explicitly reference use of the software in the publication.
